Service Area
Our services are available to residential and commercial customers in the Tampa Bay area, including Tampa, Sarasota, Venice, Fort Myers, and surrounding communities in Florida.
Warranty
Pure Viva LLC offers a 12-year warranty on our premium water filtration systems. Warranty terms and conditions are provided at the time of installation and are subject to the specific product purchased. Please refer to your warranty documentation for complete details.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS/text messaging program.
Program Description
When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages from Pure Viva including:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service updates and notifications
- Promotional offers and special discounts
- Water quality alerts and tips
- Follow-up messages regarding your water treatment services
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (941) 335-5070 or reply STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, you will receive one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
We also accept the following opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or any other reasonable opt-out request.

Message and Data Rates

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We and wireless carriers are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of messages or for any errors in the content of messages.
